2. Service Overview
We provide professional cleaning services including:
- Home cleaning (regular & deep cleaning)
- Hourly cleaning packages (2 hrs, 4 hrs, etc.)
- With materials / without materials services
- Additional cleaning-related services as listed in the app
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking Rules
- Customers must provide accurate address, contact details, and service requirements.
- Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance in the system.
- The company reserves the right to accept, reject, or reschedule any booking.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are final at the time of booking.
- No hidden charges will be applied beyond the booking amount.
- Extra services requested during work will be charged separately.
- Payment must be made through approved payment methods.
5. Service Duration
- Service time starts when the staff arrives at the location.
- Extra time requested by customer will be chargeable.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Provide safe working conditions.
- Ensure access to electricity and water if required.
- Secure valuables before service begins.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
- Unsafe conditions exist
- Customer behavior is inappropriate
- Conditions differ from booking details
Customer Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy to ensure the safety, dignity, and respect of our service providers.
Customers must behave respectfully toward all service providers at all times.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Physical abuse or threats of any kind
- Verbal abuse, harassment, or insulting behavior
- Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Racial discrimination, color discrimination, or any form of discriminatory remarks
- Unsafe or intimidating environment for staff
- Any attempt to exploit or mistreat service providers
8. Immediate Action Policy
If any of the above behavior is reported or observed:
- The service will be stopped immediately without completion
- The booking will be terminated without refund
- The customer account may be suspended or permanently banned
- Legal action may be taken if necessary depending on severity

9. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages
- Unsecured or fragile items
- Items not informed before service
