Late Cancellation (2 to 24 Hours): Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before the appointment incur a 50% penalty fee to compensate the provider for their blocked schedule.
Last-Minute Cancellation (Less than 2 Hours) / No-Show: Cancellations made under 2 hours, or situations where the provider arrives but is denied property access within 30 minutes, are 100% non-refundable.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If a provider cancels a booking due to an emergency or availability issue, the customer receives an immediate 100% refund or a free alternative rescheduling option.
