Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password.

Service Addresses: Saved home, office, or custom locations where services are requested.

Payment Details: Credit/debit card tokens, mobile wallet numbers, and billing details (processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways; we never store raw card numbers).

Usage & Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app performance analytics.

 

2. Mandatory Mobile App Permissions

To function correctly, the Alba Services mobile application requires access to the following device features:

Location Services (GPS): Required to match you with nearby service providers, calculate arrival times, and allow providers to navigate to your exact address.

Camera & Media Gallery: Required for uploading profile pictures and attaching photo/video evidence to support tickets regarding service quality or property damage.

Push Notifications: Used to send critical, real-time alerts regarding booking confirmations, provider arrivals, chat messages, and promotional offers.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following operational purposes:

Booking Fulfillment: Sharing your name, phone number, and address with the assign cleaner

Customer Support: Resolving disputes, investigating complaints, and processing refunds

Communication: Sending transaction invoices, platform updates, security alerts, and system notifications.

Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting and blocking fake profiles, fraudulent transactions, or abusive behavior on the platform.

 

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy and only share data under strict operational guidelines:

With Service Providers: We share only the necessary contact and location details required to complete your booking.

With Payment Processors: We pass transaction totals and billing info to verified, secure payment gateways to complete transactions.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information to law enforcement or government authorities if required by applicable local laws or court orders.

 

5. Data Security & Storage

Protection: We implement industry-standard SSL encryption and firewall protections to secure your data against unauthorized access, loss, or theft.

Retention: We store your account data as long as your profile remains active. Deleted account data is anonymized or permanently erased from our production servers, except where retention is legally required.

 

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

Access & Update: You can view and edit your profile info, saved addresses, and payment profiles directly within the app settings.

Account Deletion: You can request permanent account deletion directly through the app interface. Upon confirmation, all personal information, saved addresses, and payment tokens will be wiped from our active databases within 30 days.
